This incident has been resolved. Our banking partner has confirmed that the issue on their end has been fully addressed, and Interac e-Transfer payments are now processing normally across all Interac URL clients.

Identified

We are currently experiencing issues with Interac e-Transfer processing.

After investigation, we have confirmed that the root cause lies with our banking partner and Interac itself. They have identified the issue and are actively working to resolve it.

Although the issue originates outside of Zūm Rails' infrastructure, we are actively monitoring the situation and are in direct contact with PTC to accelerate resolution.

This incident affects clients using the Interac URL payment method only. All other payment rails are operating normally.

We will provide a further update within 1 hour or sooner if the situation changes.
