We have been informed that the Interac service is resuming across all banks

Identified

Interac payments across the retail network have been failing for the past 15 minutes. Transactions are failing right after being created.
We have been informed that the issue originates with Interac and is unrelated to Zūm Rails or our banking partner. You can also monitor Interac status using the link https://statusgator.com/services/interac.
We will continue updating this page as more information becomes available and confirm once Interac service has returned to normal.
