We are happy to report that we received confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved.

Again, there was an Interac outage from 11:15AM to 11:30AM EST as well as 11:35AM to 12:15PM EST, but they have confirmed that all is operational.

Monitoring

Please be advised that we have confirmed that Interac experienced an issue which resulted in transactions unable to be deposited from 11:15AM to 11:30AM EST as well as 11:35AM to 12:15PM EST.

Zum Rail systems remained operational during this time and therefore we have confirmed that this is an Interac issue.

We have confirmed that transactions are moving accordingly now, however, we are monitoring to ensure there are no other incidents.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where some merchants are not receiving their Interac transaction funds.

We are working with our partner bank as well as Interac and so we will share updates as they arrive.
