Please be advised that the delay issue with Interac (Option 1) has been resolved.

Transactions created from 10:45 AM EST to 11:35 AM EST were affected, but they were processed at 11:35 AM EST and should continue as expected.

Please be advised that our bank processor for Interac (Option 1) has identified an issue which is resulting in Interac transactions to be stuck in progress. This started roughly at 11:00 AM EST and they have already started a fix for the issue.

Please note that while the transactions are stuck in progress, our bank provider has confirmed that they should continue once the fix is deployed and therefore please do not recreate your transactions at this time.

Thank you for your understanding and we will continue to update you as we get more notifications of their progress.
